Job description :

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an Analyst - Accounts Payable based in Coimbatore.

Position: Analyst

Type of employment: Full-time

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Fresher – 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Process invoices according to standard operating procedures and meet targets

Resolution of conflicting invoices according to standard operating procedures

Maintain a daily productivity log for the team

Activity Reporting - Create and update AP/AR/VMI/IC/FA reports.

Contact customer to confirm receipt of invoice/shipment.

Forwarding records of bug fixes found by the internal quality control team

Creation of SO and PO

Sales and inventory reporting on a weekly basis

Reconciliation of sub-module and trial balance

Analyze the data and come up with his findings about the automation opportunity

Work with Fin functional teams to help them with basic macros

Willingness to work in a complex environment with tight deadlines on projects

Education and skills

Fresher – Bcom / BBA (Finance) / MCom / MBA (Finance).

Good knowledge of MS applications (Basic level).

Good knowledge of accounting principles.

Good written/oral communication skills in English.

Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

Good analytical skills and should be a team player.

Willingness to work in a complex environment with tight deadlines on projects.
