Job description :

We are looking for young, energetic individuals with a passion for sales and achieving aspirational goals.

Job title: Financial advisor

Type of employment: Full-time

Place: Hyderabad

Experience: Fresher – 2 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Connect with bank branch staff and build effective relationships to maximize business opportunities

Provide insurance product knowledge and support bank branch staff through training to enable them to generate new business, understand customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products to customers

Provide training to bank branch staff to equip them to sell insurance products to customers and help them generate revenue

Provide guidance to bank branch staff in servicing existing customers, address their queries and concerns and ensure that the quality of business is consistently maintained

Allowing purchases through bank branch employees is consistent with business quality metrics

Do your due diligence to prevent unauthorized/fraudulent transactions

Preference will be given to candidates who are willing to be mobile and work across locations.

Education and Skills:

Graduation or Post Graduation in any stream

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience
